DELF / DALF Diplomas

DELF and DALF diplomas are awarded by the French Ministry of Education, recognised internationally and valid for life.

There are 
6 different exam levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) depending on a candidate's language skills.


The exam takes places
on-site at the Alliance Française Cambridge.
You will receive your results
three months after the end of your exam session.
Please note that official diplomas are to be collected in our premises 
six months after the end of your exam session.

Cancellations after the final registration date will not be refunded in full or in part.  

Cancellations no later than one day before the registration deadline must be given in writing and are subject to a £50 cancellation fee.

Directed at candidates planning to prove a level of French.

DELF A2

Directed at candidates planning to prove a level of French.

DELF B1

DALF C1

Directed at candidates planning to apply for a French, a European or a francophone university, or some Grandes-Écoles.

WRITING 2 hours 30 minutes | 2 exercises

LISTENING 40 minutes | 2 exercises

SPEAKING 30 minutes with 60 minutes of preparation | 2 parts

DALF C2

Directed at candidates planning to apply for a French, a European or a francophone university, or some Grandes-Écoles.

Test

READING / WRITING 3 hours 30 minutes | 1 exercise

LISTENING /  SPEAKING 30 minutes with 60 minutes of preparation | 3 exercises
