The Alliance Française de Cambridge is an official examination centre for the French DELF (Diplôme d’Études en Langue Française – Diploma in French Language Study) awarded by the French Ministry of Education. Since 2005, the DELF diploma has been harmonised with the Council of Europe’s Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL). DELF examination results are official proof of your child’s proficiency in French. The DELF diploma is internationally recognised, and is valid for life.

In the context of a growing demand for languages, it will make your child’s résumé and applications stand out from the crowd. The DELF Junior is the official gateway for admission to French universities. More and more British universities are showing an interest in DELF/DALF examinations.
